If you want to find the address for any international safety or standards body, we suggest you use Art Michael's Safety-Link site which is "the web's most comprehensive collection of electrical product safety and standards research.

CE-Marking:

For CE marking, the most useful site is that provided by Directorate General III of the European Commission. Their section of the EUROPA server includes lots of CE-mark related information, including lists of standards harmonised under each Directive and guidance documents for some directives. The EUROPA server is HUGE, so the following are some shortcuts to CE-mark related parts. Other useful links can also be found throughout our pages and on our Notified Bodies page.

Be warned - this is everything the EU currently has in force, including agricultural, social and other matters. CE marking and product safety in general only forms a (very) small part of this.
